The Starting Point
A Profile With Someone Else’s Description
Raymond Kerege is an associate broker in Arizona with a Google Business Profile that had a unique problem — the description didn’t belong to him. Whether through a previous SEO provider, a Google glitch, or an unauthorized edit, the profile was displaying a description for a completely different business. For a real estate professional whose reputation depends on trust and credibility, having the wrong description on your Google profile is more than an inconvenience — it’s a liability.
What We Did
Wrong Description Replaced
We removed the incorrect description and wrote a new 704-character description that accurately represents Raymond’s real estate practice — his role as an associate broker, the areas he serves in Arizona, the types of properties he specializes in, and the experience and market knowledge he brings to every transaction.
20 Services Added
We built out 20 services covering the core of a real estate professional’s offerings — buyer representation, seller representation, market analysis, property valuation, negotiation, contract management, and specialty services relevant to the Arizona market. Each service includes a unique description.
12 Google Posts
We published 12 posts covering different aspects of Raymond’s real estate expertise, from market insights and buying tips to selling strategies and community highlights. Each post drives traffic to his website and positions him as an active, knowledgeable professional in the Arizona market.
Google Support Letter
As part of resolving the description issue, we drafted a formal letter to Google Support documenting the problem and requesting the correction. This ensured there was a paper trail and a formal record of the unauthorized changes to the profile.
